"BIG BUCK" SECTION
The upstairs and atrium.

Upstairs:
Big Buck - $748.00 Includes tax and cleaning fee for 2 nights. Sleeps 10 People.
2 Kings, 2 Queens and a bunk bed.

It has 4 beds (TWO KINGS AND TWO QUEENS & A SET OF BUNK BEDS)
 2 baths and the master bath has a 2 person jacuzzi tub.

This section Has it's own washer and dryer and a full kitchen.

"RUNNING DOE" SECTION
The front first floor rental.
2 bedrooms (ONE KING AND ONE QUEEN)
 1 bath screened front porch. 

Down Stairs Front:
Running Doe - $374.00 includes tax and cleaning fee for 2 nights. Sleeps 4 People.
1 King, 1 Queen.
Extended stays, 4 days or more call for discounted rates.

"SLEEPING FAWN" SECTION
The rear first floor rental.
2 bedrooms (ONE KING AND ONE QUEEN)
1 bath and a covered porch with a pond and waterfalls after landscape construction. 

Down Stairs Back:
Sleeping Fawn - $374.00 includes tax and cleaning fee for 2 nights. Sleeps 6 People.
1 King, 1 Queen and a sleeper sofa.

The pavillion, outdoor kitchen, gameroom and patio area can also be rented seperately for $400.00 a day from 10am to 5pm.
